In response to customer feedback, Olex will be introducing a new initiative to improve the immediacy and flexibility of our pricing response to our valued customers, particularly for price requests.
The change to our pricing model will be more in line with customer expectations whilst at the same time freeing up our external sales force to work more closely with our customers to identify new opportunities and ultimately grow your business.
The official start date of this initiative is Monday,17 May 2010. However, our Customer Support Centre staff are ready to take your call now. As such, we askĀ that all price requests be directed to our Customer Support Centre on 1300 CABLES (1300 222 537).
Our Account Manager teams throughout Australia remain unchanged and will continue to help develop new business opportunities and handle all other Olex enquiries.
Our Account Manager will be discussing this important change with our customersĀ over the coming weeks.
